Beautiful kilim weave rugs in a classic colour palette. Our beautiful Patara rug features Anatolian motifs symbolising fertility (rams horn), marriage (hairband/Sacbagi) and faithfulness (fetter motif), all contained within an all encompassing Su Yolu (running water motif) border. This is a design that expresses love, marriage and an abundant and safe home in its symbolism, with motifs and messages woven throughout the kilim by our expert weavers on traditional wooden hand looms. Patara has coordinating scatter and floor cushions and also looks great with our minerva dove grey and temple kelp cushions. The colours are rich and warm in burnt sienna, deep earthy red, charcoal and terracotta. A design that takes all the best of traditional kilim weaving and uses our pioneering recycled plastic wonder yarn to create a beautiful bohemian rug that can take all the spills and wear that modern families can throw at it. Like all weaver green rugs Patara can be machine washed with ease and even used outdoors in the summer months. Hand-woven from our clever recycled yarn, the fabric has the look and feel of natural wool while being wonderfully hard-wearing, paw-friendly, indoor/outdoor and machine washable. Made from up to 5400 recycled single use plastic bottles and fully recyclable at the end of its useful life. Available in 3 runner sizes to cover even the longest hallways, our Patara runners can also be fitted with great success as beautiful stair runners. It’s as practical as it is beautiful.
