Cloud 9 Paragliding makes replacement lines in house. Lines are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: -Before placing your order, make sure all the information is correct. We do not make changes or do returns on lines once they have been sewn. -Each different line must be added to the cart separately. (For example, if you need 2 AR2's for a Small Buzz Z7, you may use the quantity button. However, if you need the AR2 and BR2, you must add them to the cart separately.) -These lines are made to YOUR specifications. This means they may show up a different length than the manufacture specifications. This is because your lines have either shrunk or stretched. This is entirely normal, even if your glider has very few hours on it. Generally, this will not affect your glider in flight. However, if you want to make extra certain your glider is flying evenly or if you are flying a higher performance glider, we - as well as most manufacturers - recommend replacing both sides of the glider so the lines will be equal on both sides. Because of this, we also recommend putting the manufacturer's specifications in these fields instead of what the line currently measures at. Don't know the specifications? Mail us the undamaged line from the opposite side of the glider (if it is only the sheathing that is busted, you can send us the damaged line, but we cannot replicate lines from two separate pieces.) Include the amount of copies you need made in the notes box. We will duplicate the line and mail it all back to you.
