These drainage vinyl mats are designed to reduce slip-fall accidents as well as ensure that your surfaces stay dry, no matter how much water they might encounter. They remain durab le enough for years of use, but as with anything, in hot climates (Florida, Hawaii, etc.), if the mat is exposed to direct sunlight (no shade) all year long, some fading and deterioration may occur within a year or so. Approximate thickness of mats is .375" (3/8") Final Length or Width Dimensions may very by approximately +/- .5". STEPS NOT INCLUDED.
