Add fresh crab pieces and claws and mix well. Then, cover with the lid and cook on a low heat for around 20 minutes. The steam will cook the crab while the flavour of the sauce intensifies. If fresh crab isn’t available, try making this dish with shell-on tiger prawns. Or, heat the sauce and spoon it over fried or steamed fish.
