The alcohol is gently removed vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This technique preserves the wine’s natural aromas, freshness, and delicate structure, ensuring purity and elegance in every glass. TASTINGPale, brilliant pink with delicate salmon hues.
