7% 750ml In mid July 2023, we welcomed Davide and Hans from Lervig’s Rackhouse barrel ageing division to Edwardstone to brew up something nice.We used a small amount of chocolate m alt during the sparge to impart colour without too much astringency from the darker malt. This left us with a lovely deep amber beer which was then left overnight in koelschip with our own grown Bramling Cross hops.
