Named after the Japanese term for ‘the first day of winter’, this enchanting blend combines the warmth of wool and the durability of mohair, with the soft strength of silk. Rittou marks the end of autumn where all the colours from the leaves begin to turn brown, as they fall from the tree branch. Each colourway has a natural brown wool blended in to give all colourways an autumn tone. The colourways are reminiscent of the dwindling golden sunsets of late autumn, the snow-covered landscapes winter is known for, and the holiday lights adorning the icy streets below. 70% Wool, 15% Silk, 15% Mohair Worsted weight/Medium; 150gr/361 yds per ball.
