Our Pour In Foam is a liquid version of what is in the cans of expanding foam that are gas charged. People use this product for a myriad of purposes, many for underfloor bouyancy in boats of all shapes and sizes. Rated at 90% closed cell/10% open cell, it's very slow to take on water Once mixed, with a mechanical mixer, after approximately 30 seconds, the mixture will expand to up to 20X the volume. As this product needs to be poured, it will find the lowest point it can in any area it's poured. Something made with this foam can be coated with Epoxy Resin to create an article that is completely waterproof. Applications include:- · Wall and door cavity insulation · Pipe insulation · Buoyancy chambers · Insulated building panels · Refrigerated transport trailers · Refrigerated containers · Commercial display cabinets · Walk-in coolers/freezers · Fish holds & freezers · Laminated composites for:- lightweight spandrels low-cost insulation boards roofing panels partition panel systems Theoretical Usage:- 1 kg of expanded foam occupies 0.03 m³. However, this varies depending on the ambient temperature. Alternatively, 33Kgs (total quantity of Part A and Part B) of product is required to end up with a cubic meter of foam.
