The flag is meant to resemble the Great Seal of the United States. Interestingly the flags official proportions are 33:26 (shorter than most state flags) however; in practice, they are sold as 5:3 ratios.The flag features a bald eagle holding an olive branch and arrows in its talons, set on a field of dark blue.
