These nose hoops are so fantastic and versatile. You insert the hoop from the inside of the nostril and feed it through. The little disk on the end serves as a stopper, to keep the hoop from sliding all the way through the nostril. The hoop stays open, so you don't need to "do it up" or close it in any way. The gold plating is titanium PVD plating over top of 316L Surgical steel. The hoop is available in 2 gauges (thickness) and 2 different diameters. Sold by the piece. Show more
