Two marks the spellbinding debut full-length from Not Me But Us, the Naples-based duo of Bruno Bavota (Temporary Residence) and Fabrizio Somma, better known as K-Conjog. Pressed on vinyl LP, the album finds the two acclaimed artists merging their distinct musical languages — Bavota’s emotive piano and post-classical sensibility with Somma’s textured electronic production — into a seamless dialogue between organic beauty and digital pulse. The result is a breathtaking fusion of ambient, techno, post-rock, and modern classical, tracing a delicate arc between intimacy and propulsion. Across eight compositions, Two evokes the quiet euphoria of late-night solitude and the shared catharsis of the dance floor, moving gracefully between melancholy piano figures, glimmering synths, and rhythmic undercurrents that recall early 2000s club culture. More than a simple collaboration, Two feels like a meeting of worlds — an exploration of contrast and connection, where emotion becomes texture and texture becomes emotion. It’s a deeply human album that speaks to the transformative power of collaboration, capturing the moment when two creative forces align to create something neither could have achieved alone. Show more
