The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage. TASTING NOTES Notes of yellow apple, lime, melon and chamomile are predominant on the nose, with aromas of honeysuckle, citrus fruit and jasmine on the palate. Good balance of acidity and fruitiness.
