NRJSPICE Grilled T-Bone

Purchase your favorite brand of beef and season generously with NRJSPICE Bounty Blend or NRJSPICE Hot and Smokey blend. This can be done with any type of protein of your choice, po rk, tofu, chicken, fish, shrimp, and even vegetables. I like to use vegetable spray directly on the meat prior to grilling to prevent sticking but any type of oil will work. I prefer sunflower, extra virgin, safflower. Make sure your grill is hot and clean before adding the meat. Cook to your desired temperature and then serve with your favorite side items or a simple salad. Show more
