The NU-X Solid Studio Mk.2 is a completely redesigned amp and speaker emulation pedal, built around NU-X's proprietary TSAC-4K high-definition algorithm for true-to-life modelling of classic amplifiers, cabinets, and microphones. A large full-colour display and data entry dial enable deep, menu-driven parameter editing directly on the unit.Four main processing blocks cover Amplifier, dual independent Speaker Emulation, EQ, and Ambience. The dual speaker emulation slots support both built-in profiles and imported user IR files, with mix-and-match preamp and power amp types alongside two independent speaker and mic combinations — all saveable to internal memory and recallable via footswitch.Two connection modes are supported: connect a guitar directly to use the built-in amp models, or insert the Solid Studio Mk.2 between a guitar amplifier and speaker cabinet to use your amp's natural tone into any of the speaker emulations before sending to a PA or FRFR speaker. The EQ section provides global tone sculpting, and the Ambience section adds time-based spatial effects for depth and dimension.Connect via USB-C to edit using the free Solid Studio Mk.2 software or mobile application.
