This pale y ellow sparkling is elegant and crisp, with a fruity bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is mellow and textured, and shows an amazing harmony between all aspects of the wine. It's a bone-dry but not austere, rich and flavoursome Prosecco with nice weight and delicate citrus and floral fruit flavours plus a suggestion of nutty yeast lees character.
