The Cape Neddick Light Station in York, Maine has been photographed since 1879. Andrew Faulk was on assignment for Virtuoso covering the southern Maine coast when he crouched down next to a tide pool and waited for the water to go still. The reflection does the work — the white tower, the red roof, the keeper's house, all doubled in the pool below. The jagged low-tide rocks disappear.
