18" stuffing balloon with 4 balloon cluster collar Jumbo Number topper. Can only have 1 number per balloon. Sold each not as a set or pair. Inside can have confetti or mini balloon or items if you choose to bring in. **** If you want to bring your own items for the inside it MUST have round corners & be able to fit through a 6" hole. Nothing sharp or hard plastic packaging. Item must be relatively light. Think like a bag of chips weight or else it will pop the balloon! Items must be brought in 24 hours before pickup. **** We can not guarantee the balloon will last any amount of time once it leaves our store.
