An antique Nupe stool from Nigeria, circa 1950's. This beautifully crafted Nupe Stool is made by the Nupe people of Nigeria. The Nupe people are highly regarded for their abstract stools, characterised by multiple legs and fine geometric carvings on top. Carved from a single block of wood, this stool features 8 legs and an intricate geometric pattern on the top with charming overall patina.
