A beautiful brandy spirit made using wild plums distilled in Alsace's Nusbaumer Distillery and aged for 7 years in small chestnut barrels. This has beautiful fruity aromas, with to asty vanilla spice, soft wood, plum pudding and brandy cream aromas. An apply, plummy, distinctly autumnal feeling palate, that's utterly soft and delicious.
