Nutbourne Blush is a delightful dry blush rosé wine made from a combined pressing of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, with just enough skin contact to give a lovely pale pink hue. With geranium on the nose, it has a gentle wild strawberry acidity, soft citrus, redcurrant and floral herbaceous notes on the palate. A wine for quaffing on a summer's afternoon in an English country garden with friends. Serve with hors d’oeuvres or light salads, such as smoked duck breast with white peaches. Perfect with a little caviar on dill blini. The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings.
