Lead Chocolatier Dillon Zell conducts a symphony of flavors and textures — capturing and conveying the energy and elegance of dance, and the drama of Tchaikovsky’s score. Each Collection includes a printed guide to enjoying the multi-sensory experience, as well as a link to our dedicated listening page, which features audio snippets from the musical pieces celebrated in Dillon's creations.A portion of the proceeds from every Nutcracker Bonbon Collection sold supports San Francisco Ballet's education and community-engagement programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, where the joy of dance is shared through free classes, performances, and dance camps for Bay Area youth and families.
