Nutmeg is a very versatile spice which blends extremely well with modern woody aroma chemicals imparting complexity and naturalness. It is a rather key material in Fahrenheit (1988 ) by Dior and Vetiver (1959) by Guerlain. Demo formulas for both can be found below. This Nutmeg oil is a speciality product of Payan Bertrand which is prized for having a particularly low methyl eugenol and safrole content, making it suitable for use at higher doses under IFRA 51 (up to 25% of your finished product). This is ethically sourced and is not molecular distilled, the low allergens are entirely a naturally occurring quality resulting from the selection of particularly fine nutmeg fruit.
