The Recipe for Solé (26% mountain salt solution) Add natural mountain salt at 3 cm depth to a jar. Then add 10 cm of spring water and leave standing overnight. Add more salt, if necessary, until fully saturated. There should always be some undissolved salt remaining in solution. Keep the lid on the jar to prevent evaporation.
