Effect: The magician displays a large nut and a length of rope. They are both handed out for examination. The magician then threads the nut onto the rope and holds the nut in the c enter of the rope. He now has the spectator hold onto both free ends of the rope with the nut still threaded on it. While the spectator is still holding the rope, the magician proceeds to remove the nut from the rope. The magician then says that he will do it one more time. Again, he threads the nut onto the rope and hands both ends to the spectator. However, now when the magician removes his fist from around the rope, the nut has not only come off the rope but has completely vanished! The best feature of "NUTTIN THERE" is that it uses no sleight-of-hand at all. Your hands can be shown empty at any point in the original routine because the special gimmick does all the work for you, and the special gimmick is not just limited to the nut and rope effect but is a very versatile prop suitable for use with many other items and routines.
