A multi-vintage blend of 67/27/4/2% chardonnay/pinot noir/pinot meunier/pinot gris. Pale in the glass with an energetic bead and mousse. Aromas of green apple and citrus fruits wit h hints of crushed stone, sea spray, almond croissant, white flowers and enoki mushroom.
