The Champagne Geoffroy winery is in Aÿ, on the north-east edge of Épernay; the Champagne Geoffroy Expression Brut NV is typical of the house’s style, displaying finesse and eleganc e. Produced from a classic Champagne blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. In the glass, it is ripe and fragrant, with an expressive bouquet that releases beautiful aromas of apple sauce enhanced with notes of vanilla.
