Henty, Victoria The NADESON COLLIS ‘Inception’ is a blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, 15 months on lees with 1.5g/l dosage. Using the finest Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from Drumborg, Henty the grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented in a mixture of barriques and foudre. 75% from the 2017 vintage with 25% reserve wine coming from a perpetual blend that has been developing since 2006. The wine displays green fruit, citrus and oyster shell on the nose and crisp white peach and a chalky finish on the palate. Show more
