How it tastes Green apple, freshly cut lemon and sourdough with grilled walnut and apricot, the mousse fine and textured. Chardonnay 34%, Pinot Meunier 33%, Pinot Noir 33%. The pro ducer The Goring family have owned Wiston since 1743; Harry and Pip preside today, with son Richard and his wife Kirsty running it day to day.
