The Duraflex Nyliner (aka Hinge Pin Bushing) is the small plastic item that fits between the Hinge Pin( DF-C203) and the Hinge (DF-C202). In most cases, the loud noise coming from the Duraflex Hinge Assembly is due to missing or broken Nyliners.Installation Tip: It is recommend that you replace your Nyliners, O-Rings and Hinge Pin at least once per year or as needed when you hear loud noises coming from your Hinge area.NOTE: Duraflex boards, stands and parts are NOT for residential use.
