It produces very large, cup-shaped, pale lemon-yellow flowers all summer long, continuing until late in the season. It is very free-flowering and is also one of the few lilies which will do well even in partial shade. The leaves are attractively splashed with purple blotches and will remain almost evergreen in a mild winter. Reliable, hardy, and always popular.
