Nyx was born out of darkness — and not just in lighting. This portrait of super model Nella Ngingo taps into something mythological and cinematic, a place where shadow becomes power and the body transforms into a sculptural presence. I’m always drawn to the tension between concealment and revelation. In this portrait, light carves across her skin like a whisper, her expression both fierce and untouchable. Inspired by the Greek goddess of the night, this image feels like an invocation — of strength, beauty, and control in stillness. As a photographer, I’m chasing those fleeting moments where identity feels larger than life — theatrical, tactile, and charged with story.
