It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment. Base and back cushions are removable. We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is: ✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and have been cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠 ✅ All suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼 ✅ The frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠 The following have been noted reflected in the price - great condition, some minor cosmetic fading as shown in video walkthrough.
