Gluten free To prepare the solution, add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required).Adults and children aged 6 years and over: Drink 200ml (2 tablets) of solution each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained.Children aged 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained. Give the required amount in small sips.Adults sports use: 1-2 tablets per 500ml water, consume during and after exercise. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.Warning: Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, or are on a low sodium or potassium diet.
