Stir-fried squid, pork belly, and assorted vegetables in sweet and chili sauce. Served with two bowls of rice.The name of the food is a hybrid between Ojinguh (squid) and Samgyupsa l (pork belly). There is no real consensus as to where O-Sam Bokum first originated from as many neighborhood restaurants claim to be the first to create it. Many provinces and regions have their own variants of Stir-fried Squid with different ingredients, which may have contributed to the eventual spread of O-Sam Bokum. Show more
