This attractive sideboard in medium oak is sure to be a much-loved and admired addition to the lounge, dining room or other family space in the home.The spacious top surface is ide al for a fruit bowl or a vase of fresh flowers along with treasured ornaments and family photographs. Below there are four useful deep drawers with a generous single-door cupboard on each side. The left cupboard has a single full-width shelf while on the right the cupboard has a triangular shelf that gives some useful full-height storage space. This item comprises a solid oak frame with oak-veneered worktop, sides and door panels.Our restoration workshop has stripped the old varnish from this piece and then applied a fresh matt lacquer that enhances the colour and grain of the oak as well as providing a good level of everyday protection. As with all lacquered oak furniture care is needed when placing hot or sharp items. The dimensions show the maximum height of this sideboard including the backboard, followed in brackets by the height of the main top surface.
