In addition to aging Oaked Rum in once-use d Rye barrels, Nate made use of an oak tree that was cut down and dried on his property to add a signature vanilla oak flavor along with a whiskey-like finish to the flavor profile. This spirit is one smooth sipper on its own, but it makes for an excellent addition to your favorite rum cocktails and is a worthy stand-in on whiskey-based cocktails as well. Show more
