Oat Bran Cereal is a thicker oat bran. Nutrition Info label: Servings Per Container (32) for 2lb size Ingredients: Oat BranPreparation: Preparation: On stove top bring 3 cups water (and optional ¼ to ½ tsp salt) to rapid boil, add 1 cup cereal, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 to 5.Variations: Steep overnight, cooks in 5 minutes in the morning. For richer, try substituting milk for water. Try adding grated nuts, dried fruit or honey to taste. Microwave: Put ingredients in over-sized bowl.
