These quick oats are gluten-free and certified organic. Quick outs are cut extra fine and rolled extra thin so they cook extra fast. Of course these oats are good for oatmeal, but they have so many other uses as well! Try them in Irish soda bread, apple and peach crisps and crumbles, granola, muffins, and cookies—especially quick, easy no-bake cookies. You can also add them to meatballs, meatloaf, or stuffed peppers as an inexpensive and nutritious way to “stretch” the meat a bit. Cooking Instuctions: Quick oats cook in about 5-8 minutes. Bring 2 ½ cups water to a boil, add 1 cup quick oats, stir gently once, cover, and reduce heat to low.
