Bricia Lopez comes from a long lineage of Oaxaca Mezcal craftsmen and grew up in her grandmother's kitchen. Lopez is the co-proprietor of Guelaguetza. Javier Cabral created the cri tically acclaimed food blog Teenage Gluster when he was only 16.
