Origin and Habitat Native Region: Ron’s Cichlids line-bred aquarium strain from Maleri Sunshine and OB peacock stock. Natural Habitat: Captive-bred strain; aquariums should provide the sand, rock cover, and open swimming lanes used for Malawi peacocks. Physical Characteristics Size: 6-7 inches. Coloration: Orange and yellow body color with blue facial color; OB pattern and intensity vary by individual. Body Shape: Medium peacock body with a laterally compressed profile.
