These coffees are meticulously selected and tailored to you by World Brewers Champion 2021 Matt Winton. You're in for a treat. We'll include exclusive brew guides, and videos for these coffees, so you have solid bases to start brewing with. These are better varieties, meticulous processes, and producers whose work pushes coffee into new territory. One month it might be a delicate Gesha from Panama, the next a complex fermentation from Ethiopia - always exceptional, never ordinary. We keep it fair: the subscription balances accessibility with rarity, so while you’ll sometimes receive coffees at the extreme high end, every delivery will represent something extraordinary in the cup. You will get some lots that are released, some pre-release, some that won't even be released. Although there will be a lot of Geisha, there will be other varieties, or even SPECIES included.
