About the Producer Stefano Occhetti is a young winemaker based in Monteu Roero (Piedmont), who returned to his family’s vineyards, converted them to organic farming and began producing his own label around 2019. The estate works with old-vine parcels, sandy soils, hand-harvest, native yeasts and minimal cellar intervention. The 2021 Roero Riserva is his statement wine — showing what Nebbiolo from Roero can achieve when given time, site, and care.
