For example: My wrist measures at 6.75" and I wear a 7" for my snug fit and 7.5" for my loose fit. All bracelets are cleansed before shipping! To cleanse your crystal bracelet you can use any form of a smudge stick or bundle ( I typically use sage, palo santo wood, or incense).
