Being from Louisiana, I’m just fascinated by alligators. They are so still and quiet and so dangerous at the same time. I saw a photograph of some crocs with butterflies perched on their heads and wanted to paint alligators with random small creatures perched on their heads. this one is mixed media on canvas paper 17x 24 paper.
