The Odenthal (ORP) engine mount is at the ideal 8 Degree angle for the Briggs & Stratton engines (LO206, and World Formula). This mount is actually recommended by Briggs & Stratton Racing, due to it's rigid design to help prevent flex with the large engine off-set. It also absorbs engine vibration. The rigid design prevents flexing of the engine & mount and maintains better chain alignment. The slider (EZ-set) design makes chain tension adjustment easier and prevents clamping the engine mount on the kart frame over & over again each time you adjust the chain. This new 4-cycle specific mount accommodates running the chain inboard or between the clutch and motor, and fits a variety of chassis brands. A wide array of off-set adjustment for ideal positioning of the engine with seat and chain. Standard measurements for full-size 30mm frames is the 30x92 clamps. Sizing for the new 4-cycle specific frames is often 28x92 - this includes Tony Kart STV-450, and Italkart Quattro (not the Laguna version). The Cadet karts (Tony Kart, Italkart, etc) are also 28x92. The 30x92 will work with Tony Kart, Kosmic, Italkart and many other brands of 30mm frames. One exception is CRG, in which case you'll want to order the x90 spacing (32x90 is special order and will take a few days extra). Shifter karts can be 32mm tubes instead of 30mm, but be sure the frame rails are 32, and not just the cross bars as is the case with a 30/32 hybrid frame.
