Odin's Broad Axe Odin's Broad Axe has been beautifully crafted using the highest-quality materials. The head has been forged using carbon steel to achieve the "Petersen Type M" shape associated with the Viking Age. The shaft has been hand-crafted from Ash and finished with our signature beeswax and linseed oil blend, which helps protect, aids in grip, and brings out the wood's natural grain. Each axe is supplied with a hand-sewn leather sheath that connects with push buttons for quick and easy removal. These are an attempt to recreate what likely would have been used in the Viking Age.
