*Please read the fuel, octane, and premix requirements before committing to purchasing this service* The 23'+ TBI ECU's have been giving people fits for the past year due to being "locked", and not adjustable. This has been extremely frustrating to the mechanics, riders, and families. For years, we have all been accustomed to making fueling changes with the carb, head mods, and changing the tune of the bikes to suit our needs. The "tune-craft", so to speak, that we all have spent years trying to perfect, has all but been removed from our routine, UNTIL NOW. WülfMX has tuning solutions for the 125/250/300sx TBI's, that has taken a yr to perfect, and it's amazing! Changes to the pressure tables, ignition, fuel delivery, and power-valve have been changed to give a much more favorable tune to the motor so it runs strong and crisp. We have also been running the motors with forged pistons and removing the thermostat for a more balanced running bike. Since these changes are crucial to how the bike runs, we have specified a min octane rating of 100, and recommend a 40/1 ratio for all the bikes with a high quality premix that has a flashpoint of 300 or more. We have only tested oxygenated fuels up to 5.6%, results may vary. We have tested many oils and have found great metal to metal engine protection with Motul 710 for single track or slower MX, (FP of 310 deg), and Motul 800 for hard MX, (FP of 480 deg). You must be able to adjust and set your TPS values with a TPS tool, or a volt meter and pig-tail set up. Those items can be found on the Electrical and Sensor page.
