Looking to expand your palate? Cooking for Fido? Then an offal share might be for you! This monthly distribution bag comes in two sizes and includes a mix of frozen offal cuts from our freezers. Shares are available monthly in october, november and december. The farmers will be in touch about scheduling a pickup date with you. The exact contents of each share bag are determined by the farmers packing but you could expect the following in a typical share. Small (5#s) 2-3#s of livers 1-2#s of bones (stew or marrow) 1# of other (chicken feet, kidney, hearts, tongues etc) Large (10#s) 3-4#s of liver 2-4#s of bones (stew or marrow) 1-2#s of other (chicken feet, kidneys, hearts, tongues etc)
