Its Commissars are held to the highest standards and are expected to be actively feared by the rank and file – while their gimlet gaze is enough to unnerve even many experienced officers.This kit makes one plastic Officio Prefectus Commissar – which can be equipped with either a bolt pistol or plasma pistol at the end of his bionic right arm, while his left hand wields a power sword.This kit is supplied with the appropriate base and comes unpainted and unassembled – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
