After the harvest, the wines rest in the Douro Valley before being moved the following spring to Offley’s historic cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. There, they age in oak casks following the traditional Port method. Over time, the wines are carefully monitored, tasted, and racked, resulting in a final blend aged between 2 and 5 years, with an average age of 3 years.
